Support and Maintenance Packages
New User Support
The purchase of a development license includes New User Support for a period of 180 days beginning on the date of license issue. New User Support includes telephone and email support. During the 180-day New User Support period, the customer is entitled to receive Minor Releases, New Releases and New Version Releases of the product at no charge. After the 180-day New User Support period has ended, a customer who wants additional support must purchase a Standard Support Package.
Standard Support and Maintenance Package
Quadros Systems encourages its customers to purchase a Standard Support and Maintenance Package where available. The Support Package extends the telephone and email support period to one year from the date of license activation. In addition, the support package allows the customer to receive Minor Releases and New Releases of the product and at no charge.
New Version releases are not covered by the Standard Support and Maintenance Package, however customers with a current Support Package receive a generous discount if they choose to upgrade to a New Version. The fee for the Standard Support Package is a percentage of the list price of the product to be supported.

Bug Fixes
If a customer has allowed a Standard Support Package for an RTXC product to lapse and wants to make it current again, he may do so by paying a Reinstatement Fee equal to twice the normal fee for the Standard Support Package for the product covered.
Quadros Systems takes enormous pride in the quality of its products. If customer finds a bug after support has expired, we will attempt to fix the bug on a best effort basis.
