Getting Started support is by email only and is limited to questions on installation and running the sample applications. This free support package is valid for 20 calendar days from the date of the first support request.

When you register you will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions for submitting support questions.

Additional Support for RTXC Quadros RTOS

Additional technical support is available for the RTXC Quadros real-time operating system.

1. 30 days "getting started" support via email $300 by credit card (We will credit this to the customer's purchase of a fully licensed version).
2. Support beyond "getting started" will be charged at $90.00/hour in 3 hour increments.
